Shipping, ingredients, and returns

Every Divine Skin Melt is hand-poured to order. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for production before your order ships. You will receive tracking as soon as your package leaves the studio.

Orders ship via USPS Priority to addresses within the United States. Transit typically takes 2 to 4 business days after production. International shipping is available upon request. Please email Jerica for a personalized quote.

During warmer months, we recommend selecting a shipping option that minimizes transit time. Our balms are naturally soft. If yours arrives warm, refrigerate the jar for 20 minutes to reset the texture.

Divine Skin Melts are formulated with mango butter, shea butter, cocoa butter, lightweight botanical oils, vitamin E, and carefully selected fragrance oils. All products are cruelty free and hand-poured in small batches.

If you have a nut allergy or sensitive skin, please review the ingredient list on each product page and perform a patch test before use. For fully custom or allergen-friendly formulations, email jerica@divinedaughterco.com.

Divine Skin Melts are intended for external use only. Discontinue use if irritation occurs and consult your physician if concerns persist.

Because Divine Skin Melts are handcrafted skincare, opened jars cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Unopened jars in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit. Please email us before shipping any return so we can guide the process.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact jerica@divinedaughterco.com within 7 days with a photo of the issue. We will replace or refund the affected item immediately. Your satisfaction is our reputation.
